Ingredients:
- 1 quart whipping cream (for rich Haupia) or milk (skim or whole milk)
- 2 cans coconut milk
- 1 cup sugar (regular white sugar)
- 2 pinches salt
Instructions:
- In a pot, add all the ingredients and bring to a light simmer to dissolve the sugar.
- Thicken with a mixture of cornstarch & water until it becomes thick
- Refrigerate in glass or ceramic cups.
- Right before serving, sprinkle with "For J's" Natural Lychee
or "For J's" Pineapple Sugar then torch top until golden brown.
