Recipes"For J's" Onolicious Fresh Salsa
Ingredients: 3 to 4 large tomatoes 1 small red bell pepper (chopped) 1 to 4 dried chili de arbol pods 6 cloves garlic (unpeeled) 1/2 bunch cilantro or Chinese parsley (chopped) 2 teaspoon "For J's" Hawaiian Chili Pepper Sea Salt 1 teaspoon sugar Instructions: Slow roast unpeeled garlic cloves until softened; set aside. "For J's" Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients:
1 onion (chopped)
1 block butter
1 bottle catsup
1 cup water
1 Tablespoon dry mustard (Colman's Mustard)
2 Tablespoon chili powder
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon Tabasco
2 Tablespoon liquid smoke
1 beef bouillon cube
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 Tablespoon garlic powder
3 Tablespoon honey
2 tbsp. "For J's" Hickory Smoke Sea Salt or "For J's" Kiawe Smoke Sea Salt
Instructions:
Melt butter in pot and sauté onions.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil then lower temperature to medium-low.
Simmer for at least an hour.
Let mixture cool.
Put in blender until sauce is smooth.
"For J's" Guava Kiawe Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients:
1/2 onion (chopped)
1 teaspoon oil
1/2 cup water
2 cups Ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups Guava Jam
1/4 teaspoon Five Spice Powder
1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce
1/4 cup Oyster Sauce
1/4 cup "For J's" Kiawe Liquid Smoke
1/4 cup shoyu (soy sauce)
Instructions:
Add oil in pot and sauté onions.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil then lower temperature to medium-low.
Simmer for at least an hour.
Let mixture cool.

"For J's" French Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
1 can tomato soup
3/4 cup sugar
1½ teaspoon dry mustard (Coleman's)
2 teaspoon yellow mustard (French's)
2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 teaspoon "For J's" Garlic Sea Salt or "For J's" Maui Onion Sea Saltor "For J's" Hawaiian Chili Pepper Sea Salt
1/2 cup oil (vegetable, canola or sunflower)
2/3 cup white wine vineger
2 teaspoon onion (minced)
1 teaspoon black pepper
4 cloves garlic (minced)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients (except oil) in blender at medium speed; gradually add oil.
Pour into glass bottles; refrigerate.
